Please take heed to what Helen K. Baumann said in her letter:

"Available locations for homeless shelter throughout the county should be considered based on their ability to provide reasonable access to programs and services; programs and services that provide assistance while promoting self-sufficiency. Pollock Pines is not that location.

I am convinced today that Helen is 100% right... Pollock Pines is not that location! But it is a great place to live a quiet, monastic, and peaceful life. It is perfect place to meditate on God's Word and grow in the Lord. Advice for a contemplative: 

Wait on the Lord 
Sit in silence
Listen to God 
Ruminate
Count your blessings
Be thankful
Remember the needy in prayers and giving 
PEACE
